IS THE WALLPAPER RESISTANT TO SCRATCHES, SCRATCHES AND STAINS?

​

Yes ! Our wallpaper is more resistant to scratches and scratches than wallpaper sold in renovation stores. You can clean the stains with a damp sponge and they will disappear quickly.

 

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY WALLPAPER?

 

You can clean stains from your wallpaper with a damp cloth, rubbing gently. 

 

 

HOW LONG WILL MY WALLPAPER LAST?

​

In general, wallpaper will last around 7 years depending on the environment in which it is installed. Wallpaper in a damp room with lots of steam like a bathroom won't last as long as wallpaper installed in a dry room like a bedroom.

 

CAN YOU INSTALL WALLPAPER ON THE CEILING?

​

Yes ! The wallpaper on the ceiling adds a nice touch for an original decor. It is important that it coordinates with the color of your walls and floors. Generally, it should be installed starting from the window towards the opposite wall. We start where there is the most light. Make sure you clean your ceiling before installation and that everything is completely dry.

 

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS USED?

​

Our material is reinforced with natural synthetic fibers for added strength and durability. Comes on a paper liner for easy peel and stick application. Our product has a lightly woven matte and textured finish to help cover imperfections in your surface, it is also tear and scratch resistant.

 

Our wallpapers do not contain any toxic metals or carcinogens regulated by OSHA. Additionally, our GreenGuard Gold certified inks contain no heavy metals and meet the most stringent chemical emissions standards in the world. 

 

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept and prefer payments by credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay via your PayPal account.

 

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME?

 

All orders are produced and completed in 3-10 business days.

WHAT IS OUR COMPANY’S PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY?

​

Our company does not offer price adjustments if an item you purchased goes on sale after your purchase. The price paid at the time of purchase is final.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF THE ITEM I PURCHASED IS NOW ON SALE?

We do not accept cancellation of orders. All our products are custom made right after you place your order, and accepting cancellations would mean wasting materials. We only accept exchanges for defective items.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMO CODES OR PROMOTIONS IN A SINGLE TRANSACTION?

​

No, you can only use one promotional code or promotional offer per transaction. Our policy aims to ensure fairness and transparency in our pricing and promotions.

 

CAN I CUMULATE PROMOTIONAL CODES TO MAXIMIZE DISCOUNTS?

No, promo codes and promotions cannot be combined or "stacked" on a single order. Please choose the promotion that offers the best value for your specific purchase.

SHOULD THE OLD WALLPAPER BE REMOVED BEFORE INSTALLING THE NEW WALLPAPER?

 

Yes, it is necessary to remove all the old wallpaper on the wall before installing the new removable wallpaper to avoid defects and unwanted textures.

WHICH WAY SHOULD I HANG THE WALLPAPER?

​

You should know that wallpaper hangs in a certain direction. Start by laying your panel from top to bottom. It is important to carefully check the direction of the pattern you are purchasing to ensure you install it correctly.

 

HOW TO INSTALL REMOVABLE WALLPAPER?

 

Our wallpapers are easy to install, they can also be repositioned in the event of an error. It is possible to remove a wallpaper panel and reposition it during installation. Be sure to read our installation guide and watch our installation video to make your life easier.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?

​

Our free shipping promotion for orders over $150 only applies to deliveries to Canada and the contiguous United States.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?

 

The delivery time is 24 to 72 hours for delivery in Quebec.

In remote regions of Quebec and outside the province, the delay is 4 to 7 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

​

When your order is ready and shipping has been created, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number. You will be able to track your order on the transport company's website.

 

 

ARE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ACCEPTED?

​

Artza & Co. accepts returns on defective products only. If your product was damaged during transport or if it has a manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the shipping box or the defective product to info@artza.ca. We will communicate with you as quickly as possible.
