Defective or damaged products
We only accept returns, exchanges or replacements in the case of a defective product or one damaged during transport.If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at info@artza.ca, including:• Clear photos of the product • Photos of the outer packaging • Your order numberOnce the problem is validated, we will proceed with a free replacement.
Samples
Samples are printed products used for validation purposes.Samples are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Unclaimed orders or incorrect address
If a package is returned to Artza & Co. due to:• Incorrect or incomplete address • Refused package • Unclaimed packageOur team will contact you by email.If no response is received within 30 days, the order will be cancelled without refund or possibility of exchange.Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you, but no guarantees can be made once printing has begun.
