Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order status at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, particularly for wallpaper or large-format orders. In this case, a tracking email will be sent for each shipment, at no extra charge.If you are having trouble with your tracking number, you can write to us at info@artza.ca.
Order changes
All our orders are custom printed. Once the order is confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify the dimensions, model, colors, or delivery address.If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you before production begins, but we cannot guarantee a solution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if production has not yet started.Once an order is being printed or prepared, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, since it is a personalized product.For any cancellation requests, please write to us at info@artza.ca.
