Affiliate Program

Artza & Co partners with content creators, designers, and professional partners through the Awin affiliate network. By joining the Artza & Co affiliate program,

you agree to the terms below, in addition to Awin’s applicable terms, conditions, and policies.

Affiliate platform

​

The Artza & Co affiliate program is managed exclusively through Awin.
All registrations, tracking, commission attribution, and payments are handled via the Awin platform. Affiliates must comply at all times with Awin’s terms of service, policies, and guidelines.

Use of the Artza & Co brand

​

Affiliates may use the Artza & Co name, as well as approved links, visuals, or materials provided, solely for the purpose of promoting Artza & Co products and services.

Affiliates may not:
• present themselves as the official Artza & Co website
• use domain names, URLs, social media accounts, or branding that could cause confusion with Artza & Co
• make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims
• alter official logos or brand assets without prior written approval

Paid advertising and brand keywords

​

Unless prior written authorization is granted, affiliates are not permitted to bid on Artza, Artza & Co, Artza.ca, or any direct variations of the brand in paid advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads or Bing Ads.

All paid advertising must:
• comply with applicable laws
• comply with Awin’s policies
• link to compliant and non misleading landing pages

Content, transparency, and compliance

​

Affiliates agree to:
• provide accurate and truthful information
• respect the image, values, and aesthetic of the Artza & Co brand
• clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required by law or platform rules
• comply with applicable advertising and influencer marketing regulations

Transaction validation and right of refusal

​

All transactions and commissions are subject to validation by Artza & Co.

Artza & Co reserves the right to refuse, adjust, or cancel any transaction or commission, including but not limited to cases involving:
• technical or tracking errors
• commissions attributed in error
• improper or non compliant use of affiliate links
• fraud, self referral, or suspicious activity
• violation of these terms or Awin’s policies

All decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with Awin’s established rules.

Suspension or termination

​

Artza & Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program, without prior notice, if these terms or Awin’s policies are violated.

Termination may result in the cancellation of unvalidated commissions.

Changes to these terms

​

Artza & Co may update these Affiliate Program Terms at any time.
The version in effect is the one published on our website. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
