Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address, product type and order format.

Wallpaper orders are shipped in large, custom-made boxes. This may explain the higher delivery charges, but our rates are fixed per region and reflect the actual transport costs.

The samples are shipped by carrier. Therefore, the costs may seem higher despite their small size.

The exact delivery cost is always displayed before you confirm your order.

Canada

In Quebec, delivery times are generally 24 to 72 hours.

In other provinces or remote regions, allow between 4 and 7 business days.

UNITED STATES

Deliveries to the United States typically take between 5 and 10 business days.

International

International delivery times vary by country and are generally between 8 and 21 working days.

Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as holidays or seasonal promotions.

International shipping (excluding Canada and the United States)

For all international shipments, customs duties and/or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected directly by the carrier upon delivery. They are not included in your order total and are neither collected nor controlled by Artza & Co.

Customers from the United States

Our products are eligible for the USMCA. This means that no customs duties should normally apply.

We cover the brokerage fees to simplify the process and avoid any surprises upon delivery. If you are mistakenly charged fees by the carrier, simply contact us with the invoice and tracking number. We will follow up with our broker to resolve the situation.

None of these fees are collected by Artza & Co.

Free shipping is offered for all orders of $150 CAD before taxes and above , in Canada and the United States.
