We are committed to making our products accessible to everyone. For us, this includes ensuring that your order will reach you within 7-10 business days, giving you time to focus on the more enjoyable aspects of your project. Thanks to our in-house manufacturing process, you can count on your order being shipped quickly.

Orders are produced and completed in 3-10 business days.

DELIVERY IN CANADA

Canada Post delivery time is 24 to 72 hours for delivery in Quebec.

In remote areas of Quebec and outside the province, the delay is 4 to 7 working days.

*The may not meet their delivery time during busy periods such as Holidays,

Black Friday, etc.

SHIPPING IN THE USA AND INTERNATIONALLY

Delivery time to the United States is 5-10 business days with UPS or FedEx.

The delivery time to Europe and international is 8 to 21 working days depending

on the country.

Please note that taxes and/or customs duties may apply and these are not included in the total of your purchase. The payment of these taxes and customs duties is made at the time of delivery of the package to the recipient.

FREE DELIVERY

Our free shipping promotion for orders over $150 only applies to deliveries to

Canada and the United States.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CREDIT

Artza & Co. accepts returns on defective products only. If your product was damaged during transport or if it has a manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the transport box or the defective product at info@artza.ca. We will contact you as soon as possible.

If you notice a manufacturing defect, please email us at info@artza.ca with

a description of your problem and supporting photos. We will deal with your problem within 24h-48h and we will be happy to place a replacement order.

FOR US AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

No exchange or credit possible for orders with a delivery address outside of Canada, except in the case of a defect or a shipping error. For any questions, do not hesitate to write to us.

UNCLAIMED ORDER OR ADDRESS ERROR

An order not claimed at the post office will be returned to us. An Artza & Co. customer service agent will contact you by email. If we have no news after 30 days, the order will be canceled without refund and without the possibility of exchange.
