Artza & Co. offers wallpaper, wall decals, and decorative products, most of which are printed to order.

We make every effort to display colors, textures, and images as accurately as possible. However:

• Colors may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and device calibration
• Minor variations may occur between samples and final production
• Slight differences may occur between different print batches

For this reason, we strongly recommend ordering samples prior to placing a final order.

 

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All orders are subject to availability and payment approval.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout.

An order is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Artza & Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of error, suspected fraud, or incomplete information.

 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

As our products are printed to order:

• No changes or cancellations are possible once production has begun
• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing measurements, quantities, and order details before placing an order

 

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

​

Production and shipping timelines provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped:
• Responsibility is transferred to the carrier
• Artza & Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Wallpaper and custom printed products are final sale.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Samples are non refundable.

Any claim for defects must be submitted within a reasonable time after delivery, with clear photos, and before installation.

 

INSTALLATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is fully responsible for:
• Proper wall preparation
• Following the provided installation instructions
• Inspecting the product prior to installation

Artza & Co. is not responsible for damages, losses, or costs resulting from improper installation, unsuitable surfaces, or environmental conditions.
