You can accumulate points by:

• Creating an account: 50 points

• Make a purchase:

– 5 points per dollar spent (Decorator – Gold)

– 7 points per dollar spent (Ambassador – VIP)

• Subscribing to our newsletter: 50 points

• Following us on social media: 50 points

Points are calculated on the amount before taxes and delivery charges.

• Free delivery: 1,000 points

• $50 off: 2,500 points (Decorator – Gold)

• $100 discount: 5,000 points (Ambassador – VIP)

Once you have accumulated enough points, you can convert them into a reward directly from your account. A code will be generated and can be applied at checkout.

No. Only one discount code can be applied per order. You will need to choose between using your points or another promotional code.

Do the points expire?

Yes. 100% of the points expire after 6 months of account inactivity.

Expired points cannot be reactivated or credited back. We therefore recommend that you use your points before their expiry date.

Can I add or apply my points after placing an order?

No. Rewards and codes generated with your points must be applied at the time of payment.

Once the order is confirmed, we cannot adjust the amount, apply a discount retroactively, or credit forgotten points.

We therefore recommend that you carefully check that your reward has been applied before finalizing your purchase.
