Our peel and stick wallpapers are designed and printed in Quebec.

Each order is made to measure with the utmost care.They are printed on

a high quality removable adhesive material, selected for its durability and ease of installation. The material is known for its premium finish and woven texture, offering a clean and uniform look once installed. When applied to appropriate surfaces, it can be removed without damaging the walls.

The material is reinforced to ensure greater stability and a more seamless installation. Its vinyl surface offers excellent long term performance and easy maintenance, while the texture helps conceal minor wall imperfections. High definition printing enhances the details of the pattern, and production prioritizes more responsible choices.

Panels measure 24.5 inches in width and are available in multiple heights

to suit different projects. They are designed for vertical installation only.

Most of our wallpapers feature a pattern repeat of 24.5 inches by 24.5 inches. If you need this information for a specific project or have questions about pattern repeat, please contact us at info@artza.ca.

To ensure proper pattern alignment, we do not recommend purchasing longer panels with the intention of cutting them to install side by side.

Our art prints are produced on premium quality paper, carefully selected for

its finish, durability, and fine detail. The paper has a weight of 285 gsm and

a thickness of 19.6 mil, offering excellent long term performance in indoor conditions.

Each print is made to order according to the selected size. The preview displayed after choosing the format accurately reflects the final product. However, depending on the dimensions selected, the image may be slightly adjusted to maintain the proportions of the format, which may result in minor differences between smaller and larger sizes.

Please note that the frame is not included.

Due to the custom nature of production, art prints are final sale.

We encourage you to carefully review the dimensions and details of your

order before completing your purchase. Final print colors may vary slightly

from what is displayed on screen.

Prints are shipped rolled in a protective tube. Upon receipt, we recommend gently unrolling them in the opposite direction or placing them flat in a frame

to help restore their original shape.

All our wallpapers are designed to be installed with an overlap of approximately 0.5 inches between each panel. This method helps

prevent visible seams from appearing over time, as can happen with

any wall covering.

All of our products are made to order according to the specifications of each purchase. For this reason, all sales are final.

Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or modifications are not possible, as production begins shortly after the purchase is validated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If you notice an issue with

your order, please contact us upon receipt so we can review the situation.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if a product does not meet

your expectations or peels due to an unsuitable surface, including

textured walls, or if installation instructions were not followed.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product details carefully

and ordering a sample, when available, before completing your purchase.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address,

the product type, and the size of your order.

The exact amount is always displayed before you complete your purchase.

Wallpaper orders are shipped in large protective boxes to ensure optimal protection during transit. This may result in higher shipping costs.

Our rates are fixed by region and reflect actual transportation costs.

Samples are shipped via carrier. Shipping fees may therefore appear higher.

Delivery Times

Canada

In Quebec, delivery typically takes 24 to 72 hours after shipment.

For other provinces or remote areas, please allow 4 to 7 business days.

United-States

Deliveries to the United States generally

take between 5 and 10 business days.

International

International delivery times vary by country and typically

range between 8 and 21 business days.

Delivery times may be extended during peak

periods such as holidays or seasonal promotions.

International & Customs

International Shipments (outside Canada and the United States)

Customs duties and or local taxes may apply depending on the

destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer

and are collected directly by the carrier upon delivery. They are not collected or controlled by Artza & Co.

United States Customers

Our products qualify under USMCA. No customs duties should normally apply. Brokerage fees are covered by us to avoid any surprises upon delivery. If you are charged fees in error by the carrier, simply contact

us with the invoice and tracking number.

We will follow up with our customs broker to resolve the situation.

None of these fees are collected by Artza & Co.
